LBA Meetings

The LBA meets each Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Members are encouraged to come early to the meeting in order to socialize with other members, greet guests and catch up on what is new in the business community.

LBA members frequently present on topics relevant to all entrepreneurs and business owners. Outside speakers are also scheduled to speak on everything from business issues and opportunities to getting involved in the local community. Past highlights include the Mayor of Lubbock, Texas Tech University’s Athletics Director and a Texas Ranger. If interested in becoming a speaker or attending an LBA meeting, contact Keith Hart.

Any business owner or director level manager is welcome to attend LBA meetings. Receive insights on current business development in Lubbock, as well as opportunities for personal business growth.

Taking the Mystery Out of Banking Workshop

March 21 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

At this workshop, Jerry Vance with Vancy Advisory Group will be explaining how commercial borrowers can understand and have a better relationship with their bank and bankers.  The workshop will be held at the Small Business Development Center located on the corner of 50th St. and West Loop 289.  Registration fee is $25 and you can register online by going to lubbocksbdc.org.
