Kerry Thuett, Fully Fueled Fitness, had an air conditioning problem. The fan was spinning and making a loud noice, but no air was coming out of the vents. Keith Hart at Hart Heating & A/C fixed the problem.
The staff and technicians at Hart Heating & A/C are efficient, courteous, and hard working. I called and left a message, which was returned within the hour. A tech arrived the following day, identified the problem and fixed it. He explained everything he was doing and how long it would take and what it would cost. The electrical portion of the outdoor unit needed to be replaced. Additionally, free of charge, he checked my filters and made sure that I had extras on hand for when it was time for a change. The payment process was convenient. They are also members of the Lubbock Business Association.
